THE SOLITAIRE COMMITTEE
The Club is co-ordinated by its Committee, which is made up of:
- Chairman (or woman).
- Secretary.
- Treasurer.
- Up to six other members.
The Committee is responsible for stewardship of the Club. Their phone numbers are listed on the front
page of the news letter section of the monthly programme.
The Committee normally meets once a month to plan and co-ordinate the monthly Solitaire news letter
and event programme and manage admission of new members, collection of subscriptions and other issues
which arise from time to time.
Each year at its Annual General Meeting, the Club elects up to nine of its members to form a new
Committee for the following year.
