SUBSCRIPTION TO SOLITAIRE
New Members
New members pay an initial subscription (see table below) at the time of joining, to cover the
period until the next standard subscription payment date.The initial subscription is calculated
at a monthly rate of £2.50 and with a minimum payment of £5.00.

Renewal for Existing Members
Solitaire members pay by Standing Order and renew their subscription six months at a time,
by having their bank pay £15.00 twice a year, on 1st May and 1st November.

The payment of £15.00 should be transferred to Solitaire's bank on or before 1st May and
1st November each year. The Club Secretary - via the Contact Us webpage - can provide a suitable
standing order form on request.
Resignation
Members may resign at any time and should contact the Club Secretary or e-mail via the Contact Us webpage
to advise their decision. There is no refund of membership subscription
already paid, other than in exceptional circumstances.
If a subscription payment becomes more than one month overdue, the Club may regard the member
concerned as having resigned.
