SUBSCRIPTION TO SOLITAIRE
New Members
New members pay an initial subscription (see table below) at the time of joining, to cover the
period until the next standard subscription payment date.The initial subscription is calculated
at a monthly rate of £2.50 and with a minimum payment of £5.00. The actual amount of
initial subscription depends upon whether the joining member chooses to pay by cash/cheque, or by
standing order.

Renewal for Existing Members
Existing Solitaire members who pay by Standing Order renew their subscription six months at a time,
by having their bank pay £15.00 twice a year, on 1st November and 1st May respectively.
Those members who prefer to pay by cash or cheque renew their subscription once a year, on 1st
November, with a single payment of £30.00.
Members can change from cash payment to Standing Order payment, or vice versa, whenever they wish.

Standing Order Payments
Existing and new members who choose to pay the Solitaire subscription by standing order should
note the Club's bank details, as follows:

The payment of £15.00 should be transferred to Solitaire's bank on or before 1st November and
1st May each year. The Club Secretary - via the Contact Us webpage - can provide a suitable
standing order form on request.
Resignation
Members may resign at any time and should contact the Club Secretary or e-mail via the Contact Us webpage
to advise their decision. There is no refund of membership subscription
already paid, other than in exceptional circumstances.
If a subscription payment becomes more than one month overdue, the Club may regard the member
concerned as having resigned.
